I’ve been waiting for
I’ve been waiting for a while now for this particular car, which I am
standing in front of, to park in front of the building next to my
house, on Staten Avenue in Oakland. I like the intracacy of the
building’s front entrance, and thought the old Plymouth would look good
in front of it. I finally got them together, parked the Volvo beside
(with the headlights on), and tried to capture this flick. I took a few
stills, then tried to get an extended exposure shot. Just as the camera
aparture opened a car drove by and I thought the shot was going to be
ruined…See “My block Pt. 2″. It came out nicely - don’t you think? I
think I’ll wake up tomorrow morning and try to capture this picture in
the sunlight.
